The Head Miller Training Program at Alapala Academy was successfully conducted from November 18 to 29, 2024. Participants engaged in comprehensive theoretical and practical sessions covering all aspects of the milling process, including cleaning, tempering, grinding, and packaging. The program also featured hands-on training in Alapala’s state-of-the-art test mill, providing attendees with valuable experience in modern milling technologies. Upon completion, participants were awarded certificates recognizing their expertise and commitment to excellence in the milling industry.
