Organizational Rules and Procedures

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The training programs of Alapala Academy cover both theoretical and practical sessions related to milling processes. This document outlines the rules that participants must follow and provides details about the program.

2. TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMMODATION

2.1 Transportation
  • The Merzifon Airport – Çorum (Hotel) transfer will be provided by Alapala Academy. Transfers from other airports are the responsibility of the participant.
  • Daily transfers between the hotel and the Academy/Factory will be provided by Alapala Academy.
  • All participants must be ready at the designated time for transfers.
2.2 Accommodation and Meals
  • Check-in: The Sunday before the training starts.
  • Check-out: Saturday morning after the training ends.
  • Accommodation will be arranged in hotels selected by the Academy and will include breakfast.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided by Alapala Academy. Any meal requests beyond the Academy’s designated menus will be at the participant’s expense.
2.3 Social Activities
  • For 10-day training programs, a group dinner will be organized during the first week.
  • For 10-day training programs, a cultural tour will be arranged on the first weekend (Saturday).
  • Participation in all social activities is free of charge. Any activity requests outside the Academy’s planned program will be at the participant’s expense.

3. HEALTH AND SAFETY

3.1 Health Requirements
  • Participants must obtain valid travel health insurance that covers their stay in Turkey. The insurance required by the Academy is to ensure the participant’s own health coverage.
  • Participants are responsible for their own health conditions and medical needs.
  • Any illness, discomfort, or health issue occurring during the training is the participant’s responsibility.
  • By enrolling in the training, participants confirm that their health condition is suitable for participation.
  • Alapala Academy is not responsible for any pre-existing or newly developed health issues during the training.
  • Participants are responsible for taking necessary precautions regarding their health and ensuring they have their medications.
3.2 Factory Safety Rules
  • Participants must wear personal protective equipment (helmet, safety shoes, protective glasses) as required by the Academy at all times.
  • Photography is strictly prohibited inside the factory.
  • Designated safety paths and signs must be followed at all times.
  • No intervention with machinery or equipment is allowed except under the instructor’s guidance.
  • Emergency exits and assembly points will be shown on the first day of training.

4. TRAINING RULES

4.1 General Rules
  • Punctuality is mandatory for all training sessions.
  • Training materials will be provided by Alapala Academy.
  • Trainings at Alapala Academy are conducted in Turkish and English. The training language will be determined based on the participant group. If participants speak different languages, AI-supported simultaneous translation will be provided to ensure effective participation.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the training area.
  • Mobile phones must be set to silent mode during the training.
4.2 Special Conditions
  • Food allergies or special dietary preferences must be reported to the Academy before travel.
  • Religious or cultural requirements should be communicated in advance.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

Participants must:

  • Follow all safety regulations
  • Use training equipment with care
  • Respect the rights of other participants
  • Comply with the rules of the Academy and the factory
